Anna - Very nice. I wish everyone would respond in Haiku form!

Sarah - Thank you! And I completely agree. I'd eat breakfast 24/7 if my pants would allow it.

Hänni - Since you're miss health conscious Queen I can't believe you even typed the words "bag of caramel" and cream cheese in the same sentence ;)

Chip - I'm in Cambridge Chip is this breakfast joint even remotely close to me because those pancakes sound like they need to be my new best friend!

Katy - This will sound so lame but keep the heat medium to low and just cook it slowly. I totally did the same thing the first time I tried to make french toast. It was a charcoal mess. And honestly until I made this recipe last week I'd been afraid to do it again. Thankfully it came out. The best part though is that boozy banana topping. You don't even need syrup when you have rum.

Leigh - My thoughts exactly!

CK - And to think, I didn't even have to pay you to say that ;)

Farida - Thanks for mentioning my haiku! It was fun to come up with.

Amy - Oops...I actually used leftover Italian bread. Not enough lines in the Haiku to tell you that though. Ha ha
