I've never purchased the paletas, but i have tried some delicious Mexican fruit cups that combine tropical type fruits with hot chilis. It sounds weird but it's great, i'm thinking about making <a href="http://coconutlime.blogspot.com/2008/06/pineapple-chile-paletas.html" rel="nofollow">this</a> maybe with some of those fancy dixie cup molds you mentioned!
