I was really just being lazy and I knew I didn't want to make and decorate a huge batch of homemade gingerbread. In the end though I honestly wish that I had because the dough was very hard to work with and required a ton of flour to make it stay stiff enough to cut out the shapes for the train. Plus it kept sticking to my counter no matter what I tried. It was pretty annoying. Taste wise, it's actually very similar to homemade dough. Robin,
