(We had Christmas Dinner on Saturday...whatever...better late than never!) It was so yummy and I'm still enjoying leftovers of turkey, baked mac & cheese from Martha (THE BEST recipe I've ever tasted), and dressing from Paula Deen. So we have all the healthy stuff leftover. ;) YUM!! PS For Christmas I FINALLY got my KitchenAid Mixer!!! HOORAY!!!!! When I got it I thought, "Oh! We won your basic 14lb frozen bird and it was tasteless and provided almost nothing in the way of pan drippings for gravy. Sweet potato casserole is awefully close to sweet potato pie in my book.
