		<description>Realized this was posted awhile ago, with the weather on the verge of changing thought this would be good and easy to half in order to cook for 1.  Question on leeks..do you include the white bulb part AND the stem/leaves.  I bought leeks once and never got around to using them so am not sure how to cook with them.  Thanks.  I love reading about Watson and Dexter by the way!</description>
