		<description>I had the same problem with my own butterfly cake. I&#039;ve been reading recently about putting your cake in the freezer for a few mintues to help with that crumb layer. I haven&#039;t tried it yet though.</description>

		<description>I think that butterfly cake pan looks like a nightmare!  It&#039;s cute but I really don&#039;t see it working well (at least not for me!).  Thanks for mentioning the awards.  I hate competing against Rachel since Coconut &amp; Lime has been one of my favorites from the beginning!  But it&#039;s also nice be up there alongside those great blogs!</description>
