I really want to make jam, but the whole process kinda scares me -- that I'll mess it up. And it just seems like so so much work. Have you ever tried making freezer jam? Or do you just freeze them whole? We did strawberry picking last week and I went overboard with picking ... 14 lbs. I've made jam, a cobbler, froze a few pounds, gave some to the in-laws, been eating them on my cereal, and this morning made a batch of muffins.
