Hi, Erin!

This is a completely off-topic comment, but I would like to thank you for the absolutely most wonderful chocolate chip cookies I have ever had in my life! You posted the recipe for these "Thick and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies" a while ago in another blog, and I tried them today. Easy and simple to make, they turned out crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside... This will definitely be "my" CC cookie recipe from now on!
Oh, and your blog is really nice, by the way!

Thanks again!

Wow Erin! I am so jealous.

Some suggestions: roast those fingerlings in duck fat, mango salsa to top tilapia or sea bass, bananas forrester, and maybe add those fresh snow peas in spaghetti alla carbonara?

Just some thoughts...

Ooh, it's like Christmas! :)

I love roasting fingerling potatoes with a little olive oil, kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper and rosemary. Have fun eating the mango; my mouth is watering thinking about that!

Looks beautiful! And summery, too, doesn't it? The pears..someone in the last few days posted a pear muffin on Tastespotting that looked really good. Found it--

Or you could do an apple-pear-plum crisp or cobbler, juice some of the tangerines and oranges for drinking, and use the zest in other things. Do you freeze zest? I do, so I always have some on hand.

Rambling, hehe...
