I played the DS version every day for over a year, even got my house completely paid off and every room with a full set of furniture, then ran out of new stuff to do. I am collecting the citrus set and other other odd food/fruit stuff like the pear set and the pineapple bed. What I like best is that there really is no point to the game-you catch bugs, you chase butterflies, meet people, dig holes. I love the Cross!
