		<description>Question, did you change anything in the cookie recipe to make it where you could cut it out with cookie cutters? In the picture it looks like a thin cookie cake. Is that right or were they separate cookies?</description>

But!  Looks like I came back on a REALLY good day!  You say you can see making these for a kids party, etc?  I say I can see making them for ... a Monday.  : )  Who needs a reason to make ice cream sandwiches in the middle of summer?!?!  Not Me!
