Pretty Pink Trees
I hope you didn’t actually think you could escape the holiday season without a pink cookie from me. These pink Christmas Tree sugar cookies are decorated with my traditional butter based frosting and sprinkled with a light dusting of delicate silver icing sugar. I’m not the only person in my family with a pink problem. My little sister talked my mom into letting her use pink lights on their tree this year. Pink must be very firmly encoded in our mutual DNA.

These are so cute! The pink is very subtle so it looks sorta like a little fairy Christmas tree with the silvery sprinkles. ;)

Soooo pretty! When I was young I avoided pink – seeing it as the uncool color that my mom loved. Now I love it myself…Guess it runs in our family too :-)
