How wonderful! Thank you for the opportunity to win!
Oh yes! I’ve already added it to my wishlist, but winning it would be even better! K x
I just learned to can last year, but don’t have a cookbook for it yet. Thanks for the giveaway!
I love the fact they used “project” in the title – that appeals to the Type A in me!
(if they won’t ship internationally, no worries, I’ll send it to mom in NM)
This book looks like a lot of fun! I’d really love to try the toaster tarts.
you had me at your comment of making bacon in 2 weeks.

I linked to you, too!
This would be a great Mother’s Day gift for my mom, who is a canning fanatic! Great giveaway!
Oh I’d love to have this book! Will link too. Need lots of ideas for jam and pickles with the garden in full swing!
M-M-M- going to make these this weekend!!!! My grandmother canned everything, I am going to get this one either way…
I’ve never gotten into canning…I think because all I can think of are those pickled pink eggs & jars of pickled pig feet in the country store on the corner where I grew up. But this could be a turning point. If I don’t win, that’s OK because I might still check out this book (since it’s got bacon in it and all… lol)
I’d love to win this book! Keeping my fingers crossed.
This would make a great mom’s day gift!

So far I’ve only tried making jam, and that didn’t turn out well…hopefully this would help.

Those toaster tarts are soooo very cute! I’ll bet they were incredibly flaky as well. I’ve been thinking about adding lard to my pie crusts but didn’t want to go whole hog (insert groan here). I like the half and half option, buttery and super flaky.
