I hope yesterday’s Toaster Tarts have convinced you of the must-have status of this cookbook. Are you ready to test your luck at potentially winning a copy of Karen Solomon’s brilliant and totally inspiring Jam It, Pickle It, Cure It? If so, all you have to do is leave a comment on this post. In addition, If you share the link to this contest on your own blog, Twitter, Facebook etc… you may have one additional entry for a total of two possible chances to win. If you choose this option please leave a link to your shout out as your second comment.  A winner will be selected via the nifty random number generator this Friday, May 8th at 6:00 PM EST and then I’ll promptly have the cookbook shipped to your home courtesy of the super nice people at Ten Speed Press. Good luck!

6 Sara, Ms. Adventures in Italy May 5, 2009 at 8:27 am

I love the fact they used “project” in the title – that appeals to the Type A in me!

(if they won’t ship internationally, no worries, I’ll send it to mom in NM)

12 Dave May 5, 2009 at 9:02 am

M-M-M- going to make these this weekend!!!! My grandmother canned everything, I am going to get this one either way…

13 Nikki May 5, 2009 at 9:14 am

I’ve never gotten into canning…I think because all I can think of are those pickled pink eggs & jars of pickled pig feet in the country store on the corner where I grew up. But this could be a turning point. If I don’t win, that’s OK because I might still check out this book (since it’s got bacon in it and all… lol)

14 Felicia May 5, 2009 at 9:14 am

I’d love to win this book! Keeping my fingers crossed. 🙂
