It's full of whole grains and well...seeds, and it just tastes amazing. They'll even slice it for you if you ask. They used to sell it pre-sliced but now you have to buy it in whole loaves. I hope you like it! Try to stay warm. It was 16 degrees when I was walking to the T this morning. Yuck!
