warren is my hometown-hero. (well, adoptive hometown.) i had to hand-deliver a proposal a few months ago, and i was all bummed out at having to travel across town . . . until i realized the developer’s office was directly across the street from LoveCafe.
we had tasty treats that afternoon, oh my.
